Method

Standard Domestic Shipping is $7.99. Transit time is 2-3 business days* Free Shipping Promotion - Orders must equal or exceed the amount shown after all discounts and coupons have been applied to qualify for the promotion. 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from shoplovevera.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

Delivery Claims

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Claims can take up to 30 days, depending on the shipping carrier used, to complete.

Love, Vera does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Out of Stock Items

Please note, that if your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order issuing an E-Gift Card for the item(s) not in stock.

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, Love, Vera reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, Love, Vera reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
• An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
• An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
• Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Love, Vera also reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn and unwashed.
• Lingerie bottoms and bodysuits cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, but we will exchange your item for the correct size or provide store credit.
• Items must have all tags attached, if applicable.
• Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned.
• Any returns must be made at your own cost. You must retain you proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to Love, Vera.

How Much Does it Cost to Return an Item?

We're sorry but we are unable to offer a free returns & exchanges. Returns must be made at your own expense. Please return using a standard trackable service and retain tracking information.

How Can I Track the Status of My Return?

As soon as we have processed your refund, you will receive an email notification. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer

How Long Does it Take to Process My Return?

We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information on your Post Office receipt and we will check this out for you.
