Standard Domestic Shipping via USPS is $7.99. Transit time is 2-3 business days. Global international shipments are $15.99 and sent via Fedex. Transit time is typically from 2 to 7 business days. Ship times are not guaranteed and are subject to parcel service conditions.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

For international orders outside of the United States, please be mindful that customs may assign duty fees to your order and you would be responsible for said fees. As of January 3rd, 2022, Fedex has started to pay the cuty & customs fees for most international orders. If you receive an invoice after delivery, you will be responsible for this invoice.

Delivery Claims

Love, Vera does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Out of Stock Items

Please note, that if your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order issuing a refund for the item(s) not in stock.

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, Love, Vera reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided. We do not change shipping addresses from the address that is on file at checkout and cannot guarantee order cancellation once placed. 
Additionally, Love, Vera reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
• An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
• An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
• Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Love, Vera also reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.


• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn and unwashed.
• Lingerie bottoms and bodysuits cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, but we will exchange your item for the correct size or provide store credit.
• Items must have all tags attached, if applicable.
• Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned.
• Any returns must be made at your own cost. You must retain you proof of postage until you have received your refund or exchange in the event that your order is lost on its way back to Love, Vera.

How Much Does it Cost to Return an Item?

We're sorry but we are unable to offer a free returns & exchanges. Returns must be made at your own expense. Please return using a standard trackable service and retain tracking information.

How Can I Track the Status of My Return?

As soon as we have processed your refund, you will receive an email notification. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer

How Long Does it Take to Process My Return?

We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information on your Post Office receipt and we will check this out for you.
